We continued with the trailer washing today. It really turned out to be a bigger job than we first thought it would be. We got an "early" start...up and outside just after 9:30. After closing the slides, Steve got started on the sides of the trailer while I tackled the road tar splatter with tar remover, a cloth and a lot of muscle power. What a job that was! I rubbed and rubbed and rubbed but was eventually successful in removing it all. It took me close to 2 hours! Mind you, I was finished well before Steve...it was another couple of hours before he was done. We finally sat down for lunch just before 2:00 p.m....totally pooped!

It was a beautiful day...27 degrees...and after relaxing in our chairs outside in the shade, we decided to take a walk into town. Neither one of us had all that much energy but we walked to the beach and sat in the shade on the grass for a bit. Then after a walk to the end of the breakwater, we returned to our campsite and resumed our positions...in our anti-gravity chairs...in the shade. And that is where we stayed until it was dinner time.

We didn’t even go back outside after dinner...instead we spent a relaxing evening inside watching TV.

The trailer was all nice and clean...now there was just the truck....
