After a lazy start to the day, Steve and I went for a long walk on the Tommy Thompson Parkway—a bike-walking trail that runs from the RV park into Anacortes (to the left) and over a long trestle (to the right). We went over the trestle which was about a 40 minute power walk and it felt great! We plan to ride our bikes into Anacortes tomorrow but today is an R&R day. Steve relaxed in his recliner reading all the manuals he received with all the installs in the trailer...he said he had been ‘‘studying‘‘all day. I did a couple of loads of laundry and that was about it for the day. The sun actually came out in earnest late in the day and we enjoyed a nice happy hour in the sun and ate dinner out on the picnic table...that was a first! We went for a walk after dinner...the water was just beautiful and, of course, I forgot my camera.
